Installation Steps:

Unplug the cooler from electricity

Drain all water from the tank

Step 2: Remove Old Pump

Disconnect wire connections (note the color coding)

Unscrew pump from mounting bracket

Remove pump from water tank

Step 3: Clean the Tank

Remove any dirt or sediment

Wipe tank dry

Step 4: Install New Pump

Place pump in the tank at lowest point

Secure with screws/bracket

Connect wires (match color codes)

Attach water distribution pipes

Step 5: Test

Fill tank with water

Plug in cooler

Check for leaks and proper water flow
